We had a great meal as always. Wes was a great server. It seemed understaffed and very busy we waited longer than usual for our food but when we got it we very much enjoyed it. Ruth’s Chris is a favorite when we are in town. We definitely will miss Austin he was a phenomenal Manager and always made rounds and checked in on the tables and guests

I had booked a reservation the day before, and I arrived 10 minutes before my reservation of 8:30. I could not believe that we were not seated until 9:05 pm, with excuses ranging from a lack of staff or issues with the kitchen. What is the point of having a reservation online if it is not honored by a reasonable time? The dining room itself was more than half empty.

Always amazing food. Had a reservation and was told it was still over an hour wait so we ended up eating at the bar. Waited close to an hour and a half for our food, items ended up being out of stock once served. Bartenders were great, odd experience for Ruth Chris location
