    Ruth’s Chris is always consistent- excellent salads, steaks on sizzling butter plates, stellar sides, and delicious desserts which can be had prix fixe.

    Very nice night! Celebrating a birthday and table was thoughtfully decorated with some festive confetti. Attentive service realized our steaks were overdone so when we said it was fine they went above and beyond and gave us a desert. Excellent customer service made for a delightful experience!

    We celebrated my birthday on the day. I was surprised nothing was done by the server. He asked if we wete cekebrating anything? We ordered desert. Our bill was $280 incl tip no liquor or lobster. Quite pricey. There is no ambience. The one in Grand Rapids had ambience. The food is wonderful.

    Not what we expected from previous experiences and the Ruth’s Chris nameplate. Just a basic good rating, which is unfortunate for a restaurant that should be at the higher end of the scale. Not as polished and focused as it once was. To hold the price tag, they’ll have to get back to their roots or they risk losing repeat and potential new customers. Not sure we’ll be back when competitors are providing an overall better dining experience with premium food quality.

    Experienced a very embarrassing situation with our waiter once the bill came out regarding being profiled for possible. The couple next to us was overheard being racist and our waiter participated in the conversation. So much so we sat for 20 mins before being greeted. I will never return to sit a table again in Troy.
