Tappa fissa ogni volta che sono in città, non delude mai. I caldi arredi e la cucina sempre all’altezza ne fanno un posto adatto a tutte le occasioni. Cena di lavoro con clienti oppure un appuntamento galante trovano in questo locale la loro dimensione.

We are huge fans of Ruth Chris and dine there frequently. This experience was to celebrate a birthday. Overall it was a good experience. It was just one of those nights where it was extremely busy and you don't know if someone called off, but service was not the normal quality. Food is always great and will certainly return.

Steaks were amazing and cooked to perfection the way we ordered them. Oysters Rockefeller was a very tasty off the menu appetizer, I would highly recommend them. I didn’t give 5 stars for value, that price for a steak, even though it’s delicious, is too much!!

Overall service was amazing. We sat in the private wine room for a client event, and could not have picked a better atmosphere. However, the food was meh at best. Steaks lacked flavor, one had to be returned due to its poor plate appearance. Crab meat was abundantly fishy on the Oscar style. Overall, there are several better high-end steakhouses in CLT I would go to before RC again.

Food was excellent Service was ok not as great as in past experience Waitress could not bring our drinks in a timely manner because bartender was behind in orders , also had to request bread for the table Waitress did the best she could,just appeared to have to many tables Main concern is they do not enforce dress code. We have noticed the last several times we have dined there Men in short,wearing baseball hats and t shirts with racist sayings, women totally inappropriate with provocative Just feel this is not the environment you want when experience fine dining With all the fine dining options In Charlotte I’m very disappointed because this has always been our favorite as it’s high quality food and service,however again wish they would enforce the dress code that is at the door when you arrive
