                                                                                                              I have been coming to Ruth’s Chris for many years for dinner and have always been pleased. This was my first Christmas lunch with friends. Today the lobster bisque was overly salty. The French fries were not crispy. No tartar sauce for the crabcake. Cappuccino from new Expresso machine was less than desirable; too much foam with little coffee; lukewarm at best. In conclusion, I was disappointed with the meal today. They were out of baked potato, spiced shrimp and no calamari which is standard fare.

We went for a special holiday lunch thought the server could have been a little better about coming back and forth checking on the tables.But she also had some big parties herself

                                                                                                              Jonathan was exceptional as a waiter. His suggestions for appetizers were spot on. The soup decision was over the top. The wine selection was extensive, and Jonathan guided us to a great selection that was at a lessor cost than we were looking at. Pure value. Phenomenal consultant. Exceptional waiter, exceptional food, exceptional experience.

                                                                                                              Dining at Ruth Chris is always a wonderful experience. The service and food is amazing. The prices are a little expensive but that’s expected at a steakhouse with this level of service. It’s always great to visit for a special occasion, will definitely return.
