Our go to for an exceptional steak. Always consistently delicious. Add the truffle butter parmesan crust to make it even better. We always order the sweet potato casserole as one of our sides and ask for a scoop of vanilla ice cream at the end of our meal. We eat both together as a dessert. Service is exceptional as always. Cant get the Ruth’s Chris standard of taste, service and quality anywhere else on island.

This was my second visit in two weeks, I went with a friend who is a retired top chef in Boston, MA and here on the island of Maui. It was his recommendation that we go to Ruth's Chris Steak House, we both ordered the filet mignon and lobster tail, and it came with a couple sides and desert (sorbet). It was a great value. Our service was absolutely fantastic, our server she was in training and was friendly and provided fantastic service. She did need a little help when I had a couple of questions regarding wine which is expected unless she has been able to sample all of them. They did however recommend a nice wine with my dinner. I do highly recommend this restaurant.

Our bone in filet was excellent along with the stuffed potato and creamed spinach. We could have not ordered the chopped salad. But the rest was excellent.
