    From the two young ladies who greeted us the night began with them so sweet and pleasant. Then gray filled our water and Nancy our waitress was above amazing. Great night food great drinks great

    Pricing was okay for the steak which all were good besides my sisters which seemed a little over cooked for a medium well and over seasoned. Our server Danny was amazing and wanted to being a manager over to address the situation but I mentioned the only reason I’m bringing it up was so hopefully if and when we come back we won’t have the same issue. The steaks were supposed to take 15 mins but it ended up being closer to 35 mins. They seemed busy but according to a worker it wasn’t the busy. The fries were decent the asparagus was great and for appetizers we had the spicy shrimp and a lobster mushroom dish both of which were amazing .

    Not the best Ruth’s Chris experience. The server was pretty rude, The food took over an hour, and by the time it came it was overcooked but we were so hungry because we waited so long we opted out of commenting. For the price one pays for a chain steakhouse… it was a little disappointing. Someone said they wish they had ketchup it was that dry, and it was not Patrick Mahomes.

    We were greeted immediately and assisted to our table. My parents are 87. I asked for somewhere quiet so they didn’t have background noise. The waitress was suburb and patient. The food was wonderful. I wasn’t pleased with the burning plates. My mom didn’t hear her mention that they were hot, so she almost burned her hand. The waitress quickly grabbed a regular plate so I could transfer the food. The meal was well paced. Enjoyable evening

    We have been several times before and had no issues but this visit was not up to par. Service was slow, my steak was not cooked correctly and they seated us in a back room instead of in the main dining room. I was disappointed overall considering the amount of money we spent !

    Food and service as excellent expected. Per the request of one table in the dining room, lights came full on bright in dining room during our meal. Took 15 minutes and 3 requests to have a manager move us to a nice table. A comp glass of wine would have been nice for the inconvenience We kept or same server and everything else was wonderful..

    The reservation for six people was for 8 PM. We waited almost an hour for the table in a very crowded waiting setting.  This was due to the restaurant overbooking. We had two small children with us and needless to say the weight certainly did not answer our New Year’s Eve experience.
