   We were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary so were happy to splurge however it didn’t go as well as planned. My first cosmo was missing the Cointreau. The replacement was delicious. The first dinner served to us was someone else’s. The next dinner served was ours but my husband’s filet was well done instead of medium rare. The manager comped his meal and gave us a gratis bananas foster which was delicious. All in all it was not a great experience.

   Overall outstanding from the service to the food and whole atmosphere. The steaks were cooked PERFECTLY! We also got the strawberry margaritas and they were made perfect as well.

   We had a great dinner on Saturday! We were seated immediately. Our server was awesome. Everyone who took care of us had a great personality. It made our celebration for my husband's birthday perfect. As always, the food was phenomenal.

   Our waitress Shelly was excellent. We dine there frequently. We know the level of excellence in the food and service. Even the valet service is great. The managers are always checking, and ask if everything is up to our satisfaction. Always enjoy going to Ruth Chris.

   Always a great experience! Bourbon and Cigars events are the best. You need to try it.

   First time we were disappointed at Ruths Chris. Service was great as it usually is. But steaks were overcooked. Wife usually gets medium-well. It was well done. My well-done was almost burnt and was over cooked and dry, even for well-done. Almost said something but did not. Hesitant to return to this Ruths-Chris.
