Pappardelle fatte in casa, servite “al dente”, ragù ottimo, davvero come in Italia! Anche le polpette della nonna erano notevoli! Inoltre, per la prima volta in 10 giorni che siamo negli USA, ho digerito tutto benissimo; quindi prodotti genuini e di qualità.

Tutto perfettamente fantastica ottima cucina un servizio gradevole qualsiasi cosa tu ordini anche fuori menù cercano di accontentarti. Per me è un ottimo ristorante italiano ha dimenticavo ho preso una pizza con prosciutti crudo però non vi svelo gli altri ingredienti MITICA ottimo abbinamento dolce salato!!! Non

Chef Miguel Rivera has been working in the restaurant industry for over 40 years. Subsequently, around 20 of those years have been spent cooking in the well known Italian restaurant IL Mulino NY, previously located inside of Caesars Palace in the forums shop.

Some amazing opportunities I've experienced include being a part of the Vegas UNCORK'D by Bon Appetit for five consecutive years. Previously, IL Mulino NY has been nominated for the titles of Top Ten Italian Restaurants in the country and Best Italian Restaurant in Las Vegas. Also, the American Academy has graciously awarded my cooking with the "Golden Plate Award". My goal for Gondola is to incorporate new flavors of Italian cuisine from the Las Vegas Strip to your local neighborhood. I look forward to honing my skills in the kitchen and expanding the restaurant to provide the community with more Italian novelties.
