We started our business in 2023 with one goal in mind: providing an enjoyable dining experience to the Las Vegas area. Thanks to our experience and dedication, we've managed to become masters of the craft. Providing re-imagined Japanese Omakase in a five courses format. There are three courses to choose from, and we also have options for meat eaters and kids.

We serve Omakase menu at 6, 6:30, 7, 7:30, 8 and last seating is at 8:30pm. Then after 9pm, we will be switching to a Izakaya drinking spot with Japanese tapas menu. Please come join us!

In March of 2013 renowned vegan Chef Tal Ronnen opened Crossroads at the corner of Melrose and Sweetzer in Los Angeles. We are proud to serve mouthwatering Mediterranean meals in a refined environment. Crossroads is not what people picture when they think of a vegan restaurant. Now in May 2022 we've brought that same flavor and quality cuisine to Las Vegas.
With upscale décor and lighting, we continue our passion for plant based dining with a full bar and inspired cocktail program. There are no obvious vegan cues and most guests don't even make the connection that the menus is plant-based - they just know that the restaurant is comfortable and the food is satisfying and delicious.
