Visit us and experience an upscale dining venue with incredible views of the bay and world class sunsets, paired with attentive service and a modern take on traditional Mexican cuisine.

We open daily for breakfast, beach club, lunch and dinner. Hours are from 8:30am-11:30pm. Reservations are highly recommended so we may better serve you. We are a casual restaurant during the day and upscale dining during the dinner service, please dress accordingly. See you soon!

More than a restaurant, Nicksan is a culinary experience of the highest level. In its open kitchen, the ingredients of two ancestral cultures located on opposite sides of the world are fused.

Its owners Masayuki Niikura and Ángel Carbajal, originally from Japan and Mexico respectively, opened the first Nicksan restaurant in Los Cabos in 1994, creating amazing congruencies between the flavors of both countries.

Some of the signature dishes that you can taste at our fabulous Residences Plaza location in Nuevo Vallarta are the spicy tuna cake, the salmon skin cone, the Shiromi Coriander and Maguro Lemon sushi rolls, the cucumber salad with wakame seaweed and crab, the gorgonzola shrimp and the serranito beef fillet.

Within our new cocktail and sake menu you will find unique creations, perfect to match your lunch, dinner or just to toast with friends in an environment full of elegance and flavor. Come and try the best of two worlds!

The interior is bright, with brick columns lining the dining room and bright red windows bringing a splash of color to the seating area. Asador La Vaca Argentina honors the famous tradition of Argentinean steakhouses by putting the beef and steak dishes front and center.
