Unfortunately we have chosen to close down for December 2-3 all day and for December 4th for lunch. We will be opening for Dinner on the 4th starting at 5:00pm. This is due to renovations we will have to do to our kitchen.

The name “Sassella” comes from a hamlet of 60 residents known for its vineyards near where Chef Cristian Pontiggia grew up.

In addition to working at two Michelin Star restaurants in Europe, Lombardy native Chef Cristian Pontiggia has received several awards from La Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, an international gastronomic society. The Italian government recognizes him as a Master Chef, and he holds a culinary degree that certifies him as a Doctor of Enogastronomy.

Ristorante che dimostra tutti i premi vinti. In viaggio sulla R66 da Chicago a LA, troviamo il primo ristorante Italiano che meriti di essere definito ITALIANO. Qualità assoluta: materie prime di primimissimo livello, coltivate o prodotte dal titolare con attenzione estrema e cura; prodotti spediti dall'Italia; ambiente raffinato ma non troppo, in cui sentirsi a proprio agio; servizio super. Piatti e preparazione da ristorante Stellato. Cristian, il titolare, meraviglioso e accogliente italiano doc, dona l'ultimo sapiente tocco al tutto. The Bull Ring has been a part of Santa Fe’s Culinary landscape for so long it's hard to think of a time when it wasn't there. The world famous Bull Ring offers all the most popular cuts, ranging in size from the the 8-oz petite filet to an enormous 40-oz porterhouse for two. The Bull Ring prepares steaks in an 1,800 degree grill and serves them on a sizzling hot plate with melted butter. The Bull Ring is also known for their juicy lamb or pork chops, mouthwatering barbecue baby back pork ribs or fresh seafood.

If you are looking for a more casual experience, the lounge is a local favorite, where you can mingle with old friends or make new ones in a Cheers-like atmosphere. The bar serves exceptional pub fare, including the succulent Prime Burger.
