Our story began in 1965 when Ruth Fertel purchased "Chris Steak House" in New Orleans. Proudly adding her name to the original, Ruth"s Chris Steak House has since become renowned for providing and incredible Steak House experience.

Our Prime USDA steaks are cooked to perfection in an 1800° broiler and served sizzling on a plate heated to 500° to lock in the delicious flavour. Our steaks may have made us famous but our southern roots and warm hospitality are equally memorable.

Locale molto bello con vista sulle cascate dal nono piano. Ambiente molto buio e rumoroso. Cascate visibili solo dai tavoli vicino alle finestre. Cibo buono e prezzi molto elevati anche rispetto agli altri ristoranti della catena, ma la location lo richiede.
