SABOR Restaurant provides a rustic yet elegant atmosphere and a menu rich in European tradition—Portuguese, Spanish, French & Italian—in the heart of Downtown and the ICE District.

OceanWise certified, we offer Edmonton’s best, most-sustainable seafood menu as well as a meat & vegetarian options.

Professional staff, an award-winning wine list, hand-crafted cocktails, and SABOR’s menu & atmosphere make it the perfect spot. So come down in your evening wear before the opera, a suit before the big meeting, or in jeans before a game at the arena.

In-house made cakes can be made with 48 hours advance notice, and can only be made by calling 780-757-1114. We do not allow outside cakes to be brought into the restaurant.

BODEGA Tapas Bar is a casual setting seated on a walk-in basis only. A great stop before or after a movie or show at one of the nearby theaters, BODEGA serves authentic tapas, our signature Sangria, and superb wine & cocktails.

    The first seating will be a custom 3 course menu designed by Chef Lino priced at $85 per person. Seating times will be starting at 4:00 through to 5:30 with a 90 minute dinning time per table. GST and gratuity will be added to the bill. The second seating will feature a 4 course custom menu designed by Chef Lino priced at $125 per person, with the seating beginning at 7:00 pm and runs through to 9:30 pm. GST and gratuity will be added to the bill.

    Food was delicious and came out reasonably quick considering how busy it was. Our server was not it though.

    Anytime we come to Sabor we have an amazing time. Service is always top notch. Servers know the menu well and have excellent recommendations. We love going to Sabor to celebrate any special occasions or just for date night.

    Everything we read in previous reviews were correct. Very nice restaurant, very good food, Rebecca our server was very knowledgeable and really pleasant to deal with. Price was no more than similar restaurants in Edmonton. Place was packed at 5:45 pm and remained that way until we left.

    The service was top-notch. The waiter, Cory, was very attentive and made excellent recommendations. The service was really great, too. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the appetizers. The “family seafood” option was so yummy and we ate the whole thing. Sabor NEVER disappoints.

    We enjoyed it overall but felt the tables were close and we had a couple at the table beside us where his voice was over bearing! Value for the price we felt was value for price was somewhat subjective??
