   The air conditioning was very bad. It was blowing on and off. So it was freezing. My table was so sticky it was gross - my husband enjoyed his food. I had sushi- subpar. No bread and butter for the table - over all just ok

   Our second time already this year. Large groups both times. Food was fabulous. As was the service. Will definitely keep coming and recommending to others.

   We went to Saltus based on the recommendation of friends. It didn’t disappoint. Great food. Great service. Can’t wait to come back.

   The service and food delivery was not good. One person got their meal first, then the other 2 got their meals about 10 or 15 minutes later. They did not make the fourth person’s meal correctly and she had to wait an additional 15 minutes. It was not busy. The did give the fourth person a free dessert.

   I enjoyed the beet salad with grilled shrimp and the grapefruit cocktail. I wish there was a gluten free bread option. Had to supplement my meal at the grocery store. Brie was a very good waitress.

   Low country oysters were the best we have had. Collards and pimento grits were delicious. Our server Victoria was engaging

   Ver pleasant atmosphere. Food was excellent and came out fast. Staff was very attentive. If weather permits sit outside for the view

    Major Disappointment-- Our friends really loved their experience at Saltus River Grill so we were especially disappointed. We started with a Caesar Salad that was insipid -- too little dressing, a smattering of cheese, lovely anchovies on top -- but slugging thro just one forkful of plain greens was not fun. Our $39 tuna was simply slices on tuna on a plate with no additions. The wasabi sauce requested was a solid pellet of something green. The server might have explained that entrees don't come with anything else on the plate.
