   this is the third time I've eaten at Sammy G's so I am able to say that over the many hours of three dinners with guests the food has been very good and the service, despite the number of people to handle, has felt very personal with everyone being very attentive. We sat outside but not all the way out on the patio near the fountain but rather underneath the overhang on the deck immediately outside of the restaurant. I think it's quieter out there and the ambience is very nice.

   Any time I am in Palm Springs, I always go to Sammy’s for happy hour and/or dinner! Love the food! Love the atmosphere!

   Absolutely delicious food at competitive prices. The complementary olive tapenade and crusty bread were a lovely start. The also complementary small plate of biscotti and snifter of Amaretto after dinner were a delightful surprise. In between, the food that we ordered was well prepared, nicely plated, and generous in portion. We will absolutely return the next time we are in Palm Springs.

   We have been fans of SammyG's for years. But last night was a great disappointment. We hosted first time guests - the table was in a horrid location almost forcing two of us to try to eat at the edge. The waiter refused to provide separate checks for the two couples. Really? in 2025 you can't provide separate checks? If this is a restaurant policy, shame on SammyG's. If this was the waiter's policy - shame on him. Bummer experience - but the food was their usual very good.

    Sammy Gs is my goto dining experience. Great Palm Springs 🌴 experience and the food delicious. Staff always warm, friendly and attentive.
