There’s a reason this place has been thriving for over 50 years: the food is exceptional! The establishment is very well-maintained and has a unique atmosphere. It's spacious, so it never feels crowded, even on New Year's Eve! The servers were super friendly and fast, we had an amazing night.

We had a reservation and waited over an hour. We had a 90 year woman in our group and it wasn’t ideal. Not sure what the point of a reservation was? We even asked the week ahead and confirmed everything. Our server once we were seated was great and the food was excellent!

Celebrated NYE starting with a dinner at Sardine Factory. The restaurant was decorated with NYE props and alive with people when we arrived at 7:00P. The service was excellent from the support staff, server, and sommelier. Each of us had a different meal but all were delicious: huge lobster tail, filet mignon, signature pasts, and abalone. Being NYE it was lively and loud which is to be expected. The music was great and the crowd was having a great time. All in all it was a fun and memorable experience.

Great food and experience overall. The place is a bit crowded, perhaps they added too many extra tables for new years. The caprese salad in prixe fixe could be less bland. Filet mignon and lobster bisque were delicious. Great selection of wine.

I ordered the filet mignon and it was delicious. Jose are server was awesome. We had a fun New Year’s dinner at the Sardine factory. I highly recommend this restaurant.

A menu item I wanted to order was not available because apparently they ran out of the item. Very disappointing. Server was below Sardine Factory Standards.

What a beautiful dining experience! The restaurant was absolutely beautiful!! The food was delicious and the wine list was a book!! It was wonderful from start to finish!

We think the Sardine Factory may be the best restaurant on Cannery Row. The atmosphere, staff, service, and food preparation are all top-notch. After enjoying a cocktail at the friendly bar, we sat in the front room which was still set up with holiday decorations; all very festive. The Caesar salad was very tasty and actually had some anchovies, not just anchovy flavoring. The baked Oysters Rockefeller were excellent, and the seafood and pasta combination was delicious. One negative - the Factory Famous Cheese bread was very underwhelming and overpriced! Definitely worth a visit!
