   Booked a prepaid Valentines Day prix fixe. Was seated quickly but then waited almost 20 minutes before we were able to place our drink order. The food came relatively quickly but my veal chop was far too rare (less warm pink and more still mooing). The saving grace were the desserts which were excellent.

   This is the finest dining with familial warmth. A level of professionalism and care that is exceedingly rare along with cuisine that's always delicious and a foolproof wine list. Our favorite restaurant in Jersey City. And anywhere else. Bravo, Theo.

   This was our first visit to Satis bistro. We were a party of 9 celebrating a birthday. The staff was welcoming. We were seated early. The food was delicious. The mussels special appetizer was excellent, as was the crab cake.  Everyone enjoyed their entrees. Flat iron steak with chive butter was cooked perfectly, and was very tasty. The pasta dishes were excellent. Chef Diaz stopped by and chatted. Out waiter, Attilla was funny, friendly and attentive. The pace of the service was perfect. Thanks for making my birthday celebration special. We will definitely be back. FYI, parking is on local streets. Didn’t take too long to find a spot. Had to walk about 3 blocks.

   The service was outstanding. Some sitting in the balcony dropped a glass that fell to downstairs. The glass shattered everywhere near us. This was right after being given our food. Right away the waiter took our food away to get us fresh ones in case if any glass got in. They brought new dishes out quickly and took some money off the bill without us asking. Such great food and service. Always!

   Excellent as always!!! I have been dining at Satis since I moved to Jersey City 4 years ago and it is still my favorite restaurant. The food and service are consistently excellent, thank you!

    Always a pleasure to have dinner at Satis. The manager and all the staff are lovely, helpful, and great to talk with. The food was excellent and we had a beautiful dinner to celebrate my retirement.
