Seit 1936 versorgen wir Berlin mit gutbürgerlicher Küche, gepflegten Bieren und beherbergen Hungrige aus Berlin und der ganzen Welt. Siamo stati al ristorante per il pranzo di Natale. Il cibo era buono e le porzioni sono abbondanti. Il personale gentile e attento.

Wir waren jetzt das 2x zu Weihnachten in der Schildkröte um Enten zu essen. Das Essen war hervorragend aber nicht nur das sondern auch der Service. Unser Ober war sehr freundlich, schnell und sogar bei der Rechnung so flexibel das er ganz unkompliziert jeden einzelne schnell Abgerechnet hat. Vielen Dank

Nice ambiance and friendly staff. The food wS disappointibg, we ordered schnitsel, which is one of the specisltief of the restaurant there was no taste ar all and we think it is special if you can make a schitsrel that does not have any taste at all. We have to say the toaato soip was pretty nice, so our expectation for the main course was good. Everything was served really fast and the waiter was friendly. The price for the compkete diner seemed very reasonable, but the lack of a tasteful main course made it expensive. For us it was very disappointing.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Schildkröte war wieder einmal spitze :-) Empfehlen das Lokal immer gerne. Das Essen war super lecker 😋

Just been for Xmas lunch and wow!! Beautiful food that was so tasty and plentiful. Come hungry as portions are rather large. Our party enjoyed the different soups then crispy ham knuckle and duck. Mum and I had chicken schnitzel and their version of a pizza. Absolutely first class and perfect service. We finished with an apple strudel and rolled out stuffed!! Visit and you will not be disappointed. Thank you Schildkroete for the perfect family Xmas lunch.
