Kerstin Rapp Swan founded Schwan Am Burgplatz with the simple idea of providing excellent service with delicious food. Since the first restaurant launched, it has earned great reviews and a loyal following by its patrons. Schwan Am Burgplatz has a warm atmosphere that makes it perfect for dining out or meeting colleagues from work. Es war im Restaurant relativ ruhig nur die Hintergrund Musik war zu laut. Der Kellner war sehr freundlich, hat aber uns gedutzt, was ich persönlich NICHT mag..... Das Buffet war sehr lecker. Bin sehr zufrieden gewesen

War ewig nicht mehr im Schwan frühstücken und fand, es war mal wieder Zeit. Haben uns für das Basis Buffet entschieden. Auswahl war ok, aber wie der Name schon sagt „Basic“. Brot, Brötchen, Croissons waren alle vorhanden und sehr lecker. Pancakes waren leider kalt. Warm, wären sie super gewesen. Rührei und Speck hätten ebenfalls heißer sein können. Grundsätzlich war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei - ob süß oder herzhaft. Wem etwas fehlt, hat die Möglichkeit, von der Karte dazuzubestellen. Getränke gehen - wie üblich - extra.

It was a good place to go to in a pinch, but wasn’t amazing. Service was a bit slow and food wasn’t out of this world. Would recommend if you need a last minute reservation.

It was really busy because of the christmas market, so the waiters were running round to serve everyone. Good job! Everyone was really friendly. The curryworst was really nice, The snitzel was dry like it was microwaved and did not see a pan at all. It was not handmade, the crust was dry and tasteless. Prices are good,but higher then last year. Would come back because of ambiance and friendly waiters.

We would like to assure you that our dishes are prepared daily using fresh ingredients. Our schnitzel meat is delivered to us fresh every day from the traditional Schlösser butcher shop. It is pounded on site and, after ordering, freshly breaded and baked in clarified butter. We are looking forward to see you again! Best wishes Your Schwan team

Waren zu zweit zum Frühstücksbuffet dort, alles wunderbar gelaufen und super gerne wieder. Qualität der Speisen war Superheld von alle manisch genug da

Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Es wurde ständig nachgefüllt. Es fehlte etwa Obstsalat und Kaffee musste extra gezahlt werden. Sehr positiv war das Personal. Ich würde mal die Deckenleuchter säubern, denn da waren Spinnweben drauf.
