   We were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary along with our grownup children and this was a perfect choice! Every appetizer, steak dinner, drinks and desserts exceeded expectations!

   I am sure it's a good place most of the time. However, my wife's salad and dinner were not very flavorful. The Caesar salad was particularly bad. My steak was greatly overcooked. They did replace it, but by that time, we had to take it to go as we had been there a long time already.

   Fiancé's drink came in a chipped glass. We asked the server for a new drink, but they just put the old drink in a new glass. Crab cakes were subpar and the sauce was borderline inedible. And forget ambiance, we were sat next to a 12 top with a bunch of preteen boys. Really disappointing.

   Service was efficient and courteous, food quality was very good, and the atmosphere was very appropriate for the day. The chocolate covered strawberries on the house was a nice touch for Valentine’s Day.

   Sear House is an elegant dining experience. It is pricey so be prepared. Many of the options are outstanding, but the scallop entree was only average. The Beet salads, and lamb chops were outstanding! The chocolate covered strawberries were a nice touch, but biscotti with the coffee was not available. Overall, we enjoyed the evening, noise level was elevated due to the full capacity of dining, but did not disturb our meal. Again this is a special occasion save. Too pricey for weekly dinner out.
