Seasons 52 is a Fresh Grill and Wine Bar offering a seasonal menu that is naturally lighter and always flavorful. Our seasonal menus feature ingredients at their peak of freshness, oak-fire grilled or brick oven roasted (without a fryer in sight) to be naturally lighter and more flavorful. We also offer an extensive list of wines by the glass and bottle. Here, you'll always feel free to enjoy every bite, every sip, every moment.     My family and I have been to this location many times and every time we have positive experience. Yesterday, we made a 9 pm reservation through the Open Table app for 4 people and we got there at 8:55 pm. We were excited that the restaurant was able to take us at that time to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. When we sat down, the server came to tell us that we need to order right away, the kitchen is closing at 9 pm. We rushed to look at the menu and placed the order within a couple minutes. While ordering the drinks, we were told the bar closed at 9pm already and we can only order soda or water. When it came to the food, we ordered two appetizers and the waitress only put one of them in. The Brussel spouts we received were cold and undercooked, and my daughter’s salmon she ordered after she wasn’t able to order the soup she wanted was overcooked and dry. The rest of the main dishes were fine. In addition, the employees were cleaning up the section we were sitting in. The chairs were being turned on top of the tables so we felt very rushed and it was difficult to enjoy our experience. We finished ordering and eating within 50 minutes and immediately left. We don’t understand how the restaurant accepted reservations at 9 pm while both the kitchen and the bar are closed at that time. We strongly feel that the restaurant should not take the 9 pm reservation if you stop serving, or the hostess should have told us the closing time before bringing us to the table. The reason I am writing this is because my wife and I have both worked in the restaurant business for many, many years and we would never treat our customers like this.

    Due to the magnificent service provided by Fernando, our favorite waiter, the occasion was really special, our anniversary. We return frequently because we feel welcome.

    Really love this restaurant but our experience was not as good as usual. The waiter was unfriendly and just negatively impacted our experience. Our meal came out before our appetizer which was lousy but the quality of the good was very good. Will still return and do recommend the restaurant.
