An approachable menu, relaxing atmosphere and nostalgic charm are just some of the features that you will find at the Selkirk, Heritage Park's restaurant. The Selkirk offers a fresh and inspired menu that takes diners on a culinary trip from coast to coast.

The restaurant incorporates freshly picked produce, grown just steps away in Heritage Park’s heirloom gardens, and freshly baked goods from Heritage Park's famous on-site bakery.
This neighborhood, family-friendly restaurant captures the character of Heritage Park, and serves it up year-round.

The Selkirk is located outside the gates of Canada's largest living history museum, Heritage Park Historical Village.

Our party of 4 chose the Selkirk Grille in part because of the easy-to-access parking and ice-free walkways, but also because of the excellent food and general atmosphere. Today it was relatively quiet, perfect for 3 hearing aid wearers! The Bison Harvest Bowl, Buffalo Burger and Pumpkin Cheesecake were very tasty

What a fabulous evening out! Unique setting. I did not realize my husband had not been to Gasoline Alley before when I booked our evening out. He was in heaven. Beautiful old cars and his favourite Christmas movie on the big screen. Also, I must say that I have a better appreciation of the movie after this dinner and a movie experience. Truth be known, this was the first time I have watched the entire movie without falling asleep. Thank you, Julia and everyone, for being so attentive. And the food! Oh my … that soup! And the chicken! … with a juicy roasted half lemon! Who knew that would be so good together? (Obviously the chef!) Thank you for a lovely evening and a delicious meal.

The french fries were way over cooked and very hard and very krispy. I had to soak them in my gravy to eat them

unfortunately, the dinner menu wasn't available on sundays for our staff party. The food was not great and the service was a very strange experience. Had to ask for coffee, cream, cutlery, etc. Very unfortunate, as I had heard so many great things about this restaurant. The positive thing is that it was very quiet and we had a great visit.

Unfortunately they were out of a lot of drinks. With a party happening next door by a certain time it was too loud to be there.

Excellent meal today! Our server Jackson was attentive & prompt & very friendly. The front desk staff greeted us warmly & provided our party with a requested child friendly table. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very festive. Thank you!
