SER showcases unparalleled views of the Dallas skyline and is uniquely decorated with a curated art collection including an array of Classic Automobile Hood Ornaments.

Our window tables are non-reservable and are on a first come, first serve basis.

The Bar + Lounge is a 21 and up experience with it's stirring and shaking crafted cocktails, an extensive wine collection, and a new whiskey & bourbon experience. Let our mixologists stir, shake, or pour your favorite beverage.

We attended breakfast with Santa and it was absolutely amazing!! The food was good and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. There are so many kid friendly things to do at the Hilton during the holidays.

Breakfast with Santa event was disappointing. They crammed us in a room far away from everything. We paid a lot of money and brought 4 of our kiddos and we didn’t even get to experience the full event like we thought. At first they tried to seat us in the back right by the kitchen, so we requested another table. Then they put us down the hall in a small room with not many people. The hostess was not very accommodating at all. However the wait staff was friendly and pleasant. We thought the best experience would be more interactive, but unfortunately my kids didn’t get to experience what some did. I guess they are trying to cram as many people in, but in that they lose the magic that the family pays for and expects. We will not be coming back if it is at SER again.

The Santa Breakfast was exceptional. The food and service were excellent. The pictures with Santa turned out wonderful!

The best restaurant view of the Dallas skyline also offers excellent food and service which can be rare. Steaks and lamb chopped were delicious and perfectly prepared. Shrimp cocktail starter was fresh and delicious. Large Shrimp and great remoulade. Great selection of sharable sides and decent wine prices by the bottle. Service was really good and not rushed. The views and food make Ser a must for special dinners.

Service…. A1 Ambience… Spectacular Food…. Delicious Staff…. Courteous and friendly 10 out 10 would highly recommend! I believe out waitress was Megan, she was very knowledgeable of the choices, friendly and professional.
