Our window tables are non-reservable and are on a first come, first serve basis.

Last year we ate at The Crown (Reunion Tower) and it was so loud and service not good at all. This year we tried SER and it was perfect. Incredibly knowledgeable wait staff, nice and quiet and incredible views and food!!

Outstanding celebration dinner for 8. Shared a 75 oz Tomahawk steak. All the appetizers and sides were excellent. Wonderful view of Dallas of course, great to have 1st class food and service in that environment.

Excellent experience and amazing views of the city of Dallas. The scallops, steak and salmon were delicious. Our waiter Ben was top notch and helped make for an enjoyable evening.

On 12/21/24 we took our 4- and 7-year-old grandchildren to breakfast with Mr. and Mrs. Claus. Let me just say, the experience was worth the $258.00 which included tax and tip for 2 adults and 2 children breakfast buffet. We were served lukewarm coffee; they corrected later with a hot pot. Most of the food was lukewarm at best. The ham was very good, the sliced beef, edible. Would not even try the eggs. The buffet was very disappointing, had to use your hands to pick up cookies, marshmallows, etc. Really a poorly executed buffet display.

Good but felt separated in a room verses table in main dining. There were plenty of open tables too. Felt like the experience is great but everything was spread out so much. Just felt choppy .

We attended breakfast with Santa and it was absolutely amazing!! The food was good and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. There are so many kid friendly things to do at the Hilton during the holidays.

Breakfast with Santa event was disappointing. They crammed us in a room far away from everything. We paid a lot of money and brought 4 of our kiddos and we didn’t even get to experience the full event like we thought. At first they tried to seat us in the back right by the kitchen, so we requested another table. Then they put us down the hall in a small room with not many people. The hostess was not very accommodating at all. However the wait staff was friendly and pleasant. We thought the best experience would be more interactive, but unfortunately my kids didn’t get to experience what some did. I guess they are trying to cram as many people in, but in that they lose the magic that the family pays for and expects. We will not be coming back if it is at SER again.
