Join us where Seven Rivers meet to create an amazing authentic steakhouse experience. Deep wood tones in our lounge and restaurant as well as unique lighting features, create the feel of a historic casino steakhouse combined with the modern wonder of culinary advancements. Chef Bill and Chef Gary will wow you from the exhibition kitchen, creating unique steak and seafood combinations. Prime cuts, local/organic vegetable and ingredients, and the knowledge and some secrets from Chefs who have traveled the world.

                                                                        We celebrated our 45th anniversary. Mel sat us at our favorite table. Zack provided excellent service. The food was delicious. Everything on the menu is great. They were very busy last night with several large tables but we received our courses in a timely manner. Always a great experience at Seven Rivers!

                                                                        The food And the atmosphere are absolutely amazing! The service is by far the best. If you want a lovely experience book your reservation today! This is our fifth time there and we will keep going back.

                                                                        This was our first visit and boy, we were impressed! We ordered just about everything because we were celebrating. Coconut shrimp app was amazing, and the lobster bisque is a must. The sides are all so tempting. We did spinach, macaroni, scalloped potatoes and mushrooms. We had to have our entrees boxed up to go because we were stuffed! The service was excellent. Our only issue was we felt a bit rushed. We’ll be back. Nicely done!

                                                                        What a wonderful surprise! My husband and I had never been to Seven Rivers, but had heard good things. I saw the ad in the Durango Chamber of Commerce bulletin and decided to give it a try. Everything about the restaurant was 5 stars… food (husband had bison steak and I had scallops), service, cost, ambiance.

                                                                        I have dined here probably 15 times. The first 12 was from many years ago (about 8). What use to be was an exciting event, Both food and service was always and I mean always perfect. But things change, and unfortunately not necessarily for the better. I had dinner there approximately 3 months ago and it was surprisingly horrible. The steak was burnt to a crisp on the outside and the inside temp was rare. When I showed the waiter he said "wow. I let it go. I recently returned for dinner. The steak was perfect, OMG..perfect. Service was outstanding. My daughter had the scallops which were also perfect. So a nice rebound in a sense of the food quality and service. Your host could use a little polishing in his communication with guest.
