Shaw's Crab House is Chicagoland's Premier Seafood Restaurant. Reservations made for "Bar" seating will be for our casual Oyster Bar, reservations made for "Standard" seating will be in our more formal Main Dining Room and reservations made for our "Outdoor" will be on our patio.
All reservations are limited to 2 hours of dining.
Shaw's Crab House offers a unique dining experience focusing on seasonal fresh seafood, made to order sushi and our signature Alaskan King Crab Legs. Our reputation relies on quality ingredients prepared in a straight forward style, with crisp, professional service.

Outstanding food preparation. New swordfish dish with a glaze was amazing. Mike our waiter is outstanding anticipating all our needs. We frequent Shaw's and they treat everyone like family.

This has been a reliable go to seafood spot in the northwest burbs for years. The fish is fresh and well prepared. Always great oysters and clam chowder. Service is great; most recently Luis was our waiter and he was excellent. Cocktails are well made and creative. The wine list is strong, but a tad over priced in my opinion. Lastly the dining room at Shaws has fortunately not changed for years - it's a pretty room. Try and get a booth if you can.

Wonderful evening with friends. Service was great, never felt rushed. Food was wonderful, each person loved their meal. Desserts were delicious.

good service. very hot inside. A few entries, desert items and beverages on menu were not available when ordered. Food was good.

I had the lobster Mac and cheese. Very disappointed. Very dry and hardly any lobster.

The food here was honestly phenomenal and so was the service. We did an impromptu meal on a Friday night and it made our whole week. The Norwegian crab was to die for and our steaks were cooked perfectly too. The only thing we were disappointed in was the $32 scallop appetizer that just has 7 or 8 tiny scallops with some sauce but other than that everything tasted amazing.

Excellent dining experience. The swordfish was the best we've had. The salmon was good, but basic in the preparation (this is still good). The lobster bisque was outstanding.
