We had the most amazing dinner at Shuckers on our first night in Seattle. We ordered the Rockefeller oysters, the grilled trout, the pan seared black cod and shared the black and blue pie for dessert. Every course was delicious and well portioned. Plus the service was great from the moment we walked in the door to our conversation with the hostess in the back to our server who was friendly and attentive.

What a great seafood restaurant! The location is perfect in downtown Seattle! Again, another restaurant I’ve driven by thousands of times, and hadn’t been in! Connected to the Fairmount Hotel, this an elegant, yet inviting place for dinner. The service was great, and the beauty of the finish work, bar and space. Really add to the dining experience. Perfect for groups, or a date. If you want great food in the city. Stop 🛑 in and enjoy yourself! The appetizers were Awesome, and my seafood Cobb salad was Excellent!

I enjoyed myself here. The clam chowder was flavorful & creamy. The Lobster Campanella was also very good. The service was great & atmosphere was very inviting.

We have been dining at Shuckers for many years and are always impressed with how the excellence in food, service, and atmosphere has remained over the years. This is a special place for my husband and I. We recently celebrated our 26th wedding anniversary dinner here and found the experience to wonderful as always. The menu can be a little pricy but we feel that it's worth it to pay a little more for the warmer, intimate atmosphere. And...the fact that this restaurant is part of the beautiful Fairmont Olympic Hotel is a bonus. We will continue to come here as a special place.
