                                                                    Was very disappointed in the overall experience at Shula's. I had to ask for plates so that we could have the bread that was brought to our table. The same thing happened when the appetizers were brought, no plates. How can food be brought out with no plates at the table? We ordered the steak tips as an appetizer and one side was burnt giving it a very bitter flavor. I cut that side off and what was left was very good. Main course was good, until I needed a re-fill of my drink. I was glad that my wife asked for water. I will never have dinner at Shula's again.

                                                                    Went for lunch. Thought we were sitting in dining room but ended up in the bar. A surprise, but ok. Waiter was friendly and had the right touch. Food was great.

                                                                    Thanks Raymond, we try to seat in the lounge for lunch to keep volume of tables centralized. If the dining room is preferred we can accommodate on most days during lunch.
