Our party of six was very satisfied with our meals and service - especially. The cost is comparable to other similar level restaurants in the valley, but as with all restaurants, WAY too expensive. And at the rates they are charging, it is NOT appropriate to charge extra for substitutions. I.e asparagus for green beans. Really? Just wrong! And don't get the chicken as only VERY dissapointing - super dry and not tasty at all - and our single dish out of six that was sub-par. Overall, a good food experience and I would recommend for anyone looking for food that’s not from the same old boring menu. Just bring the second credit card!

Best beef stroganoff. Also had a delicious beet and goat cheese salad with garden fresh tomatoes and a terrific vinaigrette.

The service is always spot on. Servers are very responsive and constantly making sure drinks and food are okay. Attention to you the entire time.

What a delightful discovery in Rancho Mirage. My daughter and I chose this restaurant because we had a memorable trip to France together several years ago. My Sandabs were delicious done and a lemon caper butter sauce. The little carrot soufflé was also a tasty surprise. We were very pleased with our experience, and happy that we could enjoy a French Sancerre with our meal.

We enjoyed another lovely evening at SiBon! We sat outside on the heated patio. Kelly was our server, she is fantastic! The food was delicious, as usual. The entire staff is friendly and efficient in refilling water glasses, clearing plates, etc. We finished the night with a dark chocolate truffle from their new collaboration with Pastry Swan! I have a Passion4Pinot and chocolate...Perfection! CHEERS, Lynn Fraschetti
