For over 20 years Siena has been Austin’s premier destination for authentic Tuscan cuisine. Locally owned and operated Siena's owners wanted to share their love of Tuscany with Austin diners. Utilizing the talents of long time veteran of the Austin food scene, Chef Harvey Harris, Siena's goal is to transport the dinner from the hills of North Austin to the rolling hills of Toscana. Chef Harvey received his Master's Chef in Italian cuisine while attending culinary school in Piedmonte Italy, but his heart is in Tuscany where he lived and worked. All food at Siena is prepared to order, pasta is made fresh daily as well as all stocks and sauces. Our food is complemented by an award-wining wine cellar and served in rustic, elegant surroundings of thick stone walls and tall wood-beamed ceilings. Whether visiting for happy hour, special event, or a romantic evening, experience the welcoming charm of Tuscany close to home.

Una serata memorabile in compagnia della nostra famiglia europea. Il servizio era eccellente e il cibo ci ha ricordato il nostro tempo e soggiorni in Toscana. Sicuramente torneremo presto. Congratulazioni, buon lavoro!

We got what we asked for... a secluded table in the balcony, our bottle of wine, and a great waiter for our anniversary dinner, Food was ok. Nothing spectacular, expect the pumpkin ravioli for the appetizer. Amazing. Chicken cutlet was ok. Filet was ok. Nothing special on flavor or presentation. And then they sat a family of four next to us. Dad had heavy cologne. Dressed down and very chatty. Why couldn't they have sat downstairs? Only 4 tables upstairs... and I saw empty tables downstairs. A little lack of attention for us. Overall, not the experience we hoped for compared to previous visits.

We hadn't been there in several years. We will go back more often. The beet salad was quite nice. The polpo appetizer was outstanding, and plentiful enough for two. Wild boar papparedel was great, authentic to and almost as good as we had in Tuscany. Gnocchi was excellent. Their homemade limoncello was a nice finish. Katy was a great server.

Portions are typically larger than normal so be aware. BTW, the Italian soup is Very Good.

Absolutely beautiful experience. We enjoyed wonderful food and service. We will be back again soon. BTW our previous visits have also been excellent.

Great meal although the beet salad that came was heavily dosed with balsamic vinegar and the beets very undercooked. Tiramisu was outstanding. Service was excellent as well.

Siena offers an elegant dining experience….excellent Italian cuisine with dishes featuring a wide range of restaurant made pasta , fish and meats. Excellent selection of wines. Service staff were very knowledgeable and attentive. An impressive romantic dinner for 2 could be planned by requesting a table for two on the second floor overlooking the main restaurant. Also many areas for larger groups. Overall, a superb dining venue!!!
