   Wonderful service delicious bread delicious steak delicious French onion soup I highly recommend it and you get a beautiful view of the inlet and Denali on a very sunny day

   Food was great, service was great. This was the first time back in a couple years. Last time service and food was poor, but we thought we'd see if things changed. It definitely has for the better.

   My first time even though my Colleagues have been a few times. Amazing menu with surprising delicious dishes to choose from. All the staff are friendly and polite. I ate way too much. The Bread for the table was warm and it was real bread, not reheated store bought floof… Looking forward to the next visit!

   Very good food although it did take a while. Great views. Could bring the lighting down a bit. Very bright bar and dining room. Will be back for sure though.

   We were quite disappointed with our 1:30 dining experience yesterday as it was well-below what we have experienced there over the past 35 years. Only one waitress appeared to be trying to handle a number of tables/diners until a second waiter came on the floor after about an hour. During the first hour, our waitress seemed overwhelmed as it took about 15-minutes for her to bring my wine then she did not bring the chardonnay that I had clearly ordered from the top of the wine list, but brought instead a more expensive brand listed further down the list. She did not offer us the beloved loaf of sourdough bread we have grown to expect, but brought instead three slices of bread for the two of us after I had tracked her down and asked about it. She did not ask us whether we would like anything other than the main course nor did she explain any options, she did not offer refills on the bread or our water or other drinks while we waited for our meals to be delivered. We were pleased with the fellow who brought our meals. Finally we were disappointed that we were not offered the usual complementary dessert despite our having said that we were celebrating our 36th anniversary at the time we made our reservations.
