Known by the locals simply as "Simon's" this Anchorage landmark has beautiful panoramic views overlooking Cook Inlet, Mount Susitna and the Alaska Range. This classic American grill has been artfully serving quality USDA prime-aged steak, fresh and innovative seafood since 1978.     Flew in Thanksgiving day and had made reservations for their fixed Thanksgiving 3 course dinner. Food was amazing, great location and views and the service was very good. Excellent upscale restaurant if you’re in town , would highly recommend.

    It was a wonderful experience and we would return for a holiday meal. Wonderfully large selection on the menu and everything was available for a busy holiday serving.

    The menu choices were excellent. Something for everyone. Food was excellent from first bite to last bite service was excellent. Manager came by to ensure that food was done to our specification.

    View was amazing. We were able to get a window table as per my request. Waiter was pleasant and professional. Food was add delicious.

    Delicious prime rib, ok mashed potatoes, heard the black cod was not that tasty, good calamari, great margaritas, had a very pleasant birthday.

    I love taking friends to brunch at Simon and Seafort’s. It offers not only a great brunch and lunch menu, it also allows choices from the dinner menu if you wish. The service was outstanding. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. It’s a lovely quiet place to have brunch on Sundays.

    We all chose the Special. Caesar Salad Prime Rib or Black Cod Chocolate/Creme Brulee desert. Really Fantastic!

    Went for our anniversary. Flower petals were perfect. Merlpt wine good. Waitress seemed overwhelmed. Ordered 2 appetizers, coconut shrimp was good. The calamari was okay, not the best. I ordered the 3 part meal $50 (consist of salad or soup, entree and dessert). The salad I ordered never made it to the table so never got it. The prime rib was perfect. Service was slow, so we took the chocolate cake dessert home which was good. My husband got the grabbed stuffed halibut which was alright, dry. Ended up splitting the prime rib. For our anniversary we got a complentary dessert that was unexpected and taste was okay. Overall not what I expected but seemed busy and maybe 3-4 servers.
