Sistina restaurant, one of the most highly rated Italian restaurants in New York City, has been impressing its sophisticated clientele for over 40 years. Host/owner/chef Giuseppe Bruno, the Zagat Survey's "Host of the Year", is responsible for every aspect of his restaurant, from greeting his devoted patrons, to preparing special meals and dishes upon request.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you wish to cancel your reservation please let us know a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Failure to notify the restaurant will result in a $50 cancelation fee per person in the group.
DRESS CODE: We politely ask that you please avoid SHORTS & FLIP FLOPS.

Uno dei miei ristoranti preferiti. Cucina italiana, personale e Chef squisiti. Il pane fatto da loro...no comment. Eleganza e ottima cucina.

Paid $900 for a Valentine’s Day dinner, food was undercooked and the pasta served was reheated food that has been sitting out for an hour. Waiters were all standing around without servicing anyone, my date sat without a drink for 30 minutes before someone offered him a second drink. Service was very rushed, and they charged an additional 18% fee for using a credit card. Do not come to this restaurant

As always, it is delightful to have lunch and or dinner at Sistina. It is one of the most charming restaurants in New York City, and the food quality is absolutely the best the chef is the best in New York City in my opinion. I have never enjoyed another restaurant quite as much .

I thought it was nervy and in very poor taste for the restaurant to add a 3% surcharge for anyone paying by credit card. This is a restaurant where the average cost is $150- to $200- per person, before tips. Who carries this kind of cash with them? Makes you wonder. Please note that I think it's fine to offer a 3% discount for cash, but a 3% surcharge is very out of line.
