   Snack Bar was great, as usual. The service, food, and ambiance were exceptional. The menu changes between every visit, so it stays fresh. Two big thumbs up!

   Our server was wonderful! Very helpful and guided on food allergies. There were 2 in the party that ordered the steak. It was to be prepared medium rare and it was way too rare. Very bloody and almost raw. It also was not hot and barely warm when it was served. I had a few bites of the mashed potatoes that did not have all the red from the steak on them. I ate the end piece of the steak that was medium rare. The rest of the party said the rolls were delicious. The other 3 in the party got the same burger. Two made the same way, but my daughters had horseradish on it. The other 2 did not. Chips were good. Thick and crispy. French onion soup was good and had great flavor. We definitely had much higher expectations. It am not sure why the server did not notice how undercooked and raw the steaks were as they were sliced on top of the potatoes.

   Great dining experience. Excellent ambiance! Wish the portion sizes were a bit larger, but all in all amazing!

   One of Oxford's premier dining establishments came through once again. Our superb fish and chips Friday special followed extraordinary shrimp ravigote and seasoned French fries appetizers. Mint semifreddo dessert finished out our experience. An Englishman seated nearby gave hearty approval to Vish's fish, and he should know, right? Service by Derrick made us feel like we were in a 3 star Michelin site.

   Snack Bar had good food, as always. Eaten there multiple times, and will definitely go there again. Guests from out of town always appreciate the experience.

    Ox tail ragoo was NOT good. Placed reservation a week early and when we got there the table wasn’t even ready.
