Soby’s New South Cuisine is an eclectic blend of contemporary continental cuisine infused with traditional Southern ingredients, transforming old favorites into something fresh and new. The restaurant is located in the heart of downtown Greenville, in a renovated cotton mill built in the 1800s. The atmosphere is warm and energetic and the staff is well-trained to provide a fantastic dining experience for all of our guests. In addition, the wine list offers more than 500 selections and is a Wine Spectator Magazine award-winner regular.

                                            It was a great dining experience. Food was great and we had the best ever waiter, Santiago. He was excellent. Very attentive to what we wanted and a great personality. We will definitely request Santiago as our waiter on our next visit to Soby’s. Soby’s is our favorite restaurant downtown and has been for many years

                                            Outstanding service (thanks Sami) and great food. We had the sommelier assist us with choosing a digestif and he was very gracious and knowledgeable. Another great night at Soby's.

                                            As always, Soby's was an excellent choice for brunch. Great choices, good prices and high quality food. The service was excellent. I had the Eggs Benedict with fried green tomato and pimento cheese fondue. It was outstanding, and I would order it again! My companion ordered the lemon ricotta french toast and was thrilled with her choice. Will be back!

                                            The signature dishes of Shrimp and Grits as well as the crab cake were amazing. The Creme Brulee was one of the best we've ever had. Our server was very attentive and upbeat. The restaurant is large so it can be a bit noisy, but it wasn't overwhelming. We would definitely return.
