   Always have a good laugh with one of the staff here. Visited 3 times and the food is always excellent here. I took someone from Belgium yesterday and they also loved it :-)

   An absolute treasure. Every dish was beautifully crafted and presented. The tastes were exciting, different and left us wanting more. The tarte rations the best we’ve ever tasted and we’ve lived in France! A new favourite for us.

   First time at Soif Restaurant. What a treat. The starter selection of charcuterie was really good quality. The mains grilled veal chop and steamed hake were both extremely well cooked and cheese to finish. A bottle of Nord sud balance was a treat. The staff were really polite. Will definitely be back

   Soif’s dedication to natural wines and small-scale producers shone through at yesterday's Spanish wine tasting, Stars of the well curated (and knowledgeably and enthusiatically introduced) flight were the Corpinnat (Recaredo) that sparkled with elegance, and the Nauda Clarete field blend that offered a bold fusion of indigenous grapes. ¡Salud!

   5/5 – A gem of a place! Had a fantastic evening at Soif. We started with the charcuterie trio – absolutely divine – but the standout was the duck rillette, genuinely to die for. I had the polenta as a main, and as someone from the land of polenta, I can confidently say it was the best I’ve had in ages. The service was exquisite throughout – warm, attentive, and never overbearing. Richard, our waiter, was especially lovely. Great to chat with a fellow northerner (he from Newcastle, me Scottish) – a little touch of home away from home. Already planning to come back for the veal Milanese, on Richard’s recommendation!    Always exceptional. Love the vibe, creative food, friendly and informal but knowledgable service, variety of wines by the glass. A total winner!

    Delicious chicken, steak tartare and friends. Prices expensive for fairly casual bistro food in a convivial setting. Service not great but really friendly and helpful sommelier :)
