   Camerieri disattenti e sbadati, non mi hanno nemmeno nemmeno saputo indicare dove andare a lavarmi le mani. Poco attenti alle esigenze del cliente, ho dovuto aspettare diverso tempo prima di avere il conto, cosa molto inusuale negli Stati Uniti. Qualità del cibo eccellente

   restaurant was not crowded at all but we were a table of 4 and it was a 2.5 hour dragged out experience even though we ordered easy food (burgers, ravioli, baked cod). neither burger was cooked to order. fish was raw, ravioli was mushy. brussels sprouts were undercooked. crab cake had way too much barbecue sauce on it (yeah, I know - weird). the fries were cold. salad was 6 springs of lettuce - the whole thing was just barely mediocre but they charge high end premium prices. wait staff was very friendly but disappeared for 15-20 minutes at a time. in our section there was only one other table, whole restaurant was maybe 30% occupied. go to ruth's chris next door and you'll probably get better food, better service, and similar pricing.

   Service was terrible, waiter knocked over drink, never offered refills until end of meal when we were ready to pay. Food took forever to come from kitchen, manager apologized and said kitchen was running behind (5:00 pm reservation) food came out in batches. Elk chop was over cooked and very tough.

   Spencer's has always been a favorite of ours, Great ambiance, great steaks. This visit they have a new menu, prices have gone through the roof. The ribeye only comes in a bone in or wagyu. $98 and $80. We ordered the 14 oz wagyu to share. SO DISAPPOINTING!! It was the thinnest ribeye cut I have ever seen, It could not have been 3/8" thick. The flavor was non existent. Texas Roadhouse is better.

   Very overpriced for the quality. Good not great. Screaming toddler seated directly in front of us at 6:30..... restaurant was empty so they could have seated tables better to avoid distraction. Mediocre at best

   The food was so overpriced and the server tried upgrading my steak to a different cut without telling me about the $20 up charge. I’ve had better steak at a local diner for 1/4 of the cost.

   Good food, good location in the Hilton Hotel. Just too darn expensive. The sides were also very expensive and very small portions. I like Spencer’s, it’s just gotten too pricey. They even now charge extra for the bread that used to be included with your meal.

    Food was good, service was good except we were charged $6 to split a salad and $6 to split a steak. On a $400+ bill that seems like something that could have been taken off!
