Camerieri disattenti e sbadati, non mi hanno nemmeno nemmeno saputo indicare dove andare a lavarmi le mani. Poco attenti alle esigenze del cliente, ho dovuto aspettare diverso tempo prima di avere il conto, cosa molto inusuale negli Stati Uniti. Qualità del cibo eccellente

Our experience was excellent. We had a reservation for 530 but got there early and was able to be seated quickly. Our server was pleasant and wished us a happy anniversary and made sure that we had a good time. We would go back again

The service was excellent and exactly what I expected, it was the highlight of my experience. However, the food was very disappointing. I ordered the porterhouse steak, and despite trying multiple sauces, the taste was underwhelming. It seemed like it was cooked without any seasoning, leaving it bland even after adding sauce. No matter how much I tried to enhance the flavor, it just didn’t meet expectations. The sides were equally underwhelming. The loaded potatoes lacked flavor, and the carrots had an unpleasant bitterness. Given the price point, I expected a much better dining experience, especially compared to other steakhouses in the SLC area I've been to like Fleming’s, Ruth’s Chris, Christopher’s, and STK. Unfortunately, this meal fell far short of what I’ve had at similarly priced restaurants.

Love the place and ambience. Our server Erik was awesome. The elk was cooked to a perfect temperature but lacked seasoning.

The prices were extremely exaggerated for the quality of the food. We had to ask for salt and pepper since everything tasted bland with no season. The only thing that tasted decent was the honey butter. Service seemed a bit slow, we kept wondering when our drinks would arrive. We unfortunately will never go back to Spencer’s. We were hoping for a great meal but I think longhorn steakhouse can beat them in an instant.

Had a great dinner with the family. The Elk Chop was incredible, but the service was even better!! Erik did an awesome job and made the evening very enjoyable for my whole family!

Everything was perfect tonight. Staff was great, our waitress was top notch, friendly and made the night perfect. The manager tonight had friendly conversation and Renee was awesome all night. Will be going back!
