   Camerieri disattenti e sbadati, non mi hanno nemmeno nemmeno saputo indicare dove andare a lavarmi le mani. Poco attenti alle esigenze del cliente, ho dovuto aspettare diverso tempo prima di avere il conto, cosa molto inusuale negli Stati Uniti. Qualità del cibo eccellente

   Spencer’s is an extremely expensive, extremely mediocre steakhouse. It’s not horrible, but not worth the cost.

   We were there on a very busy night but our table was ready right at the reservation time. The service and food were incredible.

   Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Steaks are top notch - Wagyu filets (and other cuts) to orl and lamb chops.

   My wife and I decided to try this place out for the first time as an anniversary dinner (which I noted on the reservation). Upon checking in the hostess asked us to wait a minute and she left to go speak with someone (I assume). She returned and took us into a smaller, more private area behind a curtain that appeared to be for special occasions. There were perhaps 8-10 tables in this area and only 1 was occupied. We were seated at the worst of the open tables, which was adjacent to the bar and simply had a half-height glass partition separating our table from whoever was seated there. I wouldn't have minded as much if 1) there was some sort of curtain we could've closed to maintain some level of privacy or even sound dampening; or 2) the majority of the tables in our section would've been filled by other patrons throughout the night. But the majority of the tables in that section remained empty the entire night, so I think that was a pretty big fail. Our server was good but her assistant (Rene) was great. He was on top of it all night. We ordered the Honey Butter Bread Board to start and it was pretty good. I'm allergic to pumpkin seeds so I steered clear of those and was able to enjoy it. From there I ordered a French Onion Soup and my wife ordered a Caesar Salad. The soup was great, but maybe a bit heavy on the cheese. The salad seemed to have a bit too much pepper. For our entrees we both ordered steak. My wife got the Prime 8oz Filet. I got the Wagyu 14oz Ribeye. My wife asked for Medium, but it came very much medium rare. She was ultimately ok with it, so we didn't ask for it to be corrected. I asked for Medium Rare + and it was closer to Medium, again, ok. The flavor was quite bland, so I asked for some creamy horseradish, which made it much better. We shared the Loaded New Potatoes as well and they were good, but not great. Overall, my wife's feedback was that she'd rather go back to Ruth's Chris next time we feel like splurging for dinner.

   Overly priced. Salmon was overcooked and dry. Risotto was gluey. Waiter was overbearing and pushing pricey items on us. Will not return.

    Erik was our server and was very tentative to our needs. My Filet was cooked perfectly.
