                                                  Was here for a special birthday breakfast. Beautiful intimate table by the window with an amazing ocean view. We had the crab eggs Benedict and Dulce de Leche French toast. Both were excellent. The service was gracious and appropriately attentive. Highly recommend.

                                                  Splashes and surf and sand have both stepped up a notch since their remodel and reopening. The food, presentation, and service were all excellent. And of course it’s the best ocean view in SoCal. Special thank you to Patrick for the excellent service. Will be back!

                                                  Everything was wonderful except the noise level. There were only two other parties inside but we had trouble hold in a conversation on a four top. The staff was aware and claimed solutions were being considered. We considered sitting outside with the heaters but my 90+ mother was concerned with the cold. With that said, the experience was wonderful and the staff was very attentive while unobtrusive. The meal and view were wonderful as well.

                                                  We celebrated a birthday with 8 woman . Had a perfect lunch . Food was delicious and the service above the top . Pedro was a fabulous server , even sprinkled gold sugar on our cake slices . (We brought out own) parking was easy also . Thank you !

                                                  They just reopened after renovation and we were eager to eat there. There were 3 of us and our guest had a good meal of lobster bisque and scallops. My husband had risotto that was merely ok and my halibut was not good. The fish was fresh but it was covered (and it seemed infused) with a thick-ish creamy and completely bland white sauce. It would have been better sauceless with a few drops of lemon juice. Splashes is very pricey so one expects more of the food. But we all enjoyed the gorgeous sunset.
