Spruce Farm & Fish serves creative and contemporary Brunch and Dinner menus utilizing the highest quality ingredients. Guests can indulge in Brunch any day of the week until 2pm. Partnering with sustainable oyster farms and fisheries, seafood at Spruce is flown in daily. Spruce offers rotating dinner specials, including certified Angus beef house-smoked prime rib.

The bar offers espresso drinks, an extensive selection of wines, and locally sourced spirits and craft beers. Happy-hour specials are available daily and include seasonal small plates and fresh cocktails.

                                                                                    Nice place to eat with friends and family. Good menu, pleasant atmosphere, tables are spaced out reasonably for nicer ding experience, and bathroom is clean. Our waitress Brooklyn was very friendly and attentive. Definitely a good restaurant to return when we come to Boulder.

                                                                                    I think they forgot we were there. Failed to bring out our sides. Forgot about them all together. It’s a sad experience with a tired feel. Not great, especially for the money.

                                                                                    I've gone to the Boulderado in all it's various forms with my family for Christmas. As a photographer the old architecture and classic features appeal to me (not to mention stained glass and a tall beautiful tree). My breakfast was simple: steel cut oats with fruit and cream. The quality of the ingredients and quantity I received was better than what I make at home. The server was very polite and had a good look for the place. He seemed very overwhelmed by how many tables he had. My family felt impatient with him, but considering how many tables he got slammed with he did great. I didn't give him a five, because he was too busy to fill every last demand we made of him. However, he listened well and got everything correct and efficiently. My mother arrived late, but they let us keep our reservation. My brother was disappointed with his waffles and coffee refills (the only things he cares about at a place). I happily ate the rest for him. We are all middle to lowest class, this is sort of a special thing we do once a year. So my mother and I felt uncomfortable with the snootiness of the other guests, but we are both sensitive creatives so maybe they weren't classists like we felt. Overall I was quite happy with it and felt like I was a bit aggressive in getting the waiter's attention.
