I can't say enough good things about the staff. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating including the bartender. The food wasn't great though. We were there on a Sunday night so it's possible the regular chef wasn't on or it was an off night. The mac and cheese was very dry and there was barely any cheese or sauce and way too many crumbs. The wings were also dry and the biscuit served with the ribs was also very dry. The food didn't taste freshly cooked.

We went the day after thanksgiving which could explain the level of food? Drinks were fantastic. Brussel sprout were great as well. Everything came out a little cold and was good but too expensive for average food. We will give them another chance when it’s not the day after a major holiday.

Stella Blu was very nice. We were a party of 5 people who hadn't been together in a while, so we were the noise! We had a great table in the back and our server was wonderfully attentive. The food was great and we loved being able to order as we went. The cocktails were also very well done.

Overall ambience was very nice. We were welcomed and seated right away. Our server was very pleasant and attentive. Drinks were good. Food was ok. We had truffle fries and they were good. Shrimp on a skewer. Presentation was not great. Shrimp were undercooked. 2 of us had ahi tacos. Presentation was not good. Tacos were very flat and when you tried to pick them up they fell apart. The ahi had no flavor. Chicken Saltimboca and pasta dish was ok. The sliders and goat cheese salad were both good.

From the design of the place to the surprising wraparound bar the vibe, and there is perfect! The staff and the bartenders are friendly and attentive. The drinks were fabulous and the food suggestions were spot on and delicious. That will definitely be a repeat in my restaurant rotation.

The noise level, when the restaurant was full, was deafening. It was more acceptable once the place started to empty out toward the end of the evening. The food arrived in no apparent order but this wasn't a problem for us since we were sharing most plates. The server apologized.
