                                                                                                                Cozy environment with a patio outside. Best service we have ever had! Traditional Mediterranean food. Bar tenders were on point. If you love Mediterranean food, this is the spot for you!

We were seated over 25 minutes before we heard specials. Food came out within reasonable time but we sat a little too long without service a few times this evening.

                                                                                                                My daughter and I were meeting some college friends of mine who live in Hamburg, Germany. It has been three years since we last met. I knew Stella's dining/food would be just right; it would be a special meal but also "just right fancy." Still better, the ambience was perfect. Our table was the rear booth where we had comfort and intimacy. Our servers were great, and the hostess even sat us 10 minutes ahead of reservation as we had arrived early. We ordered a table full of food, which everyone was adventurous enough to enjoy heartily, and we had just the right mood so we could converse joyfully for three hours. It was perfect. There are so many things to rave about for Stella's and Richmonders know it well. But in this case, I think the ambience was so perfect, that component in itself made for an extremely memorable occasion of four long-time friends well met!
