                                                  This was not a good a good experience. We sent back TWO $75+ steaks. Frankly, they were not the quality of a fast food steak like ponderosa. My wife and I each had cold potatoes and veggies. The manager was apologetic and offered to pay for our expensive meals. The service was kind and apologetic. This high priced steak house can’t compare to some of the many many other Chicago classics.

                                                  Steak came out undercooked from what I had requested. Portion size was small given the cost. Much better steakhouses within walking distance of the Hyatt. Attended a conference at the hotel and ate there because of convenience.
