This restaurant is tucked into the Hyatt hotel. Staff was friendly upon arrival but service was a bit slow. For dinner I chose the Valentine’s Day pre fixe menu, plus a hamachi roll. The sushi was fresh. The steak was cooked perfectly however the potatoes were a bit dry & under seasoned. My husband chose a steak. Overall, it was decent however seemed high in price as our total came in around $430 with tip.

Ambiance is nice. However, the food was under-seasoned. It was pretty bland for the price. Also, my table did not get bread until we had almost finished our meal. Servers made sure you never ran out of water though. 5/10. Probably won’t go back.

Sushi was awesome. Drinks were great. Fantastic Happy Hour. Special were a great value. Steak was well cooked. Definitely worth the trip.

De preferencia vayan con reservación. Fui con mi familia sin reservación y la hostess dijo que tenían lleno, que tendríamos que esperar por lo menos 20 minutos, yo desde la entrada vi muchas mesas vacías, por lo que ingresé a open table y tenían mesas en todos los horarios. Hice mi reserva y entonces ya nos pasaron. La comida está ok y el mesero fue amable.

Service extremely slow - there was a conference / business meeting that had been planned for some time but restaurant was not prepared. Not enough staffing such that manager had to take our initial drink orders because it was so slow. Food so-so; menu limited. We had dinner (5 of us) at Ocean Prime earlier in the week but decided to eat at the hotel on this cold January night - big mistake. We all said it would have been better to go back to Ocean Prime for service and food even if it meant walking a short few blocks. We should have cancelled at Stetsons but as professional business people we did not. To top it off our check was not correct and we had to wait additional time for it to be corrected. Cannot recommend eating here

Menu extremely limited. My husband ordered a pork chop, and they were out of them????? Steak was good. Unagi was good. Service was good. If you're not feeling like beef or fish, go somewhere else. Convenient if you're a Hyatt guest.

This is a wonderful place to eat. Why not five stars? Price. 2poeple, dinner, bottle of wine, no desert, $300. However, we ordered steak and salmon, both were outstanding. Our waiter was phenominal. He took care of us with just the right amount of checking in.
