Non pienamente soddisfatto della cena, rapporto qualità prezzo scarso. Abbiamo speso molto rispetto a quello che abbiamo mangiato.

Cercavo una steakhouse ed è stata un’esperienza pessima. Primo per il valore dei prodotti, secondo per dei prezzi che per location e qualità non sono minimamente giustificati. Tre NY strip 350$ il conto. Da non andarci mai più.

We love STK. My family also went last year for NYE so my son requested that I make a reservation here for this year as well. It was much more crowded this year. Even with a reservation we were left waiting in line when New Year rang in. I think they could have at least made site that each person in line had a glass of Champaign since we don't have a table but.... I stopped someone and got my glass shortly after. I went to order an appetizer from the bar for my son. The bar was so dim they told me they were too busy and suggested that I walk to another bar. At the second bar I was able to order after explaining that my reservation was over 30 minutes before but I still did not have a table. His name was Evan. He was great. He got me a second complimentary glass of Champagne and it wasn't the house brand. Yay. Then he got my order in and when it was done he asked were my son was going to eat it. I said I'm going to take it to him he's sitting in the lobby. Evan left the bar and came back with news that he had gotten me a table. It's about the service. Great service can fix simple issues. Thanks Evan. Also my server was amazing. I think her name was Serena. She also went out of her way and even though she was very busy she never made us feel like she was rushing or flustered. She even recreated torching my truffle butter so that I can make a video because I missed it the first time. Lol top notch

AMAZING experience, first time going to a restaurant on NYE, the manager Darren went above and beyond and made the whole experience a 10/10.

Had a reservation at 11 and never got a text never got to eat and they wouldn’t let me valet but the other people were paying them on the side to park

They overbooked, said that we would receive a text when we would get seated and never received one. Ruined my New Year’s Eve plans.

We waited 45min to be seated for our reservation, and had to really be vigilant and stern as the front desk was giving away tables to the most insistent customer regardless of check in time. The staff was overwhelmed. The food was pleasant but far away from their excellent standards. We will never return here for any type of holiday, however looking forward to return on a calmer day.

All food seemed liked it was prepared before ordering since they would bring it right away and it didn’t taste fresh. They were overpriced for what we ordered and didn’t enjoy
