We requested a heated table outside, but 2 of our party were still too cold and the staff accommodated us by seating us back inside. A mistake was made getting an order entered properly into the computer, but the server immediately dealt with it - the late dish was immediately comp'ed and a replacement amazingly appeared within minutes. All of the staff were friendly and gracious. Food was delicious and good value. I highly recommend Stone Brewery.

                                                                                            Hello, I requested a booth and informed them of my wife's birthday. We received a boot and were seated right away. Regarding my wife's birthday, we did not receive any birthday dessert or accolades on her special day from staff. It was disappointing to see our server taking care of three booths and a large party with three tables placed together. We would have to flag our server down, due to the large volume of customers. It was only 1145hrs and the crowds were pouring in. The staff did a great job, but the ambiance was a bit lack luster. I was thinking one server to handle the three table party and a second to handle the booths. Why bother with birthday requests when it is not even communicated to staff? We normally come in after 2pm on a weekday to enjoy ourselves. I would recommend a visit to out of town visitors but to have a group of regulars come in, no. You would have a better time at the Brigantine Seafood and Oyster Bar, Filippi's Pizza Grotto Escondido, BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse and/or O'Sullivian's Irish Pub. Thank you for your time.

                                                                                            Food was great, our server was clueless. He didn’t get the orders right, forgot to celebrate the birthday. Never apologized or offered compensation. My grandsons order was totally wrong and had to wait for them to remake his food. We were all done when he got his food. Disappointed w the service for sure.

                                                                                            Stone is a beautiful place to have dinner or just beer/wine !! My only wish is that they seat you faster since there are a ton of empty tables. I’m sure customers would understand if you are short staffed you would probably drink another beer/wine before being waited on for dinner/lunch. The ambiance is amazing!
