                                                                                            The food took an incredibly long time to arrive, both appetizers and meals. Someone came out to apologize at one point. The server never came to refill my iced tea. Food was great once we got it.

                                                                                            Waited for a long time just to be sat there was no one to check us in for our reservation when we got there. We wanted to sit indoors since it was cold out but were never asked if we wanted indoor or outdoor seating and were seated outside, ended up asking for a table inside and we were sat by the bar. The bartender was our server, he was nice but ultimately felt like we were at a bar with not the best service. Our food all came out cold or room temperature. A lot of our drinks took longer to come out than the food, it seemed like it was forgotten about. Overall not the best experience. We’ve been here many times before and is normally good.

                                                                                            Saturday @ Stone Escondido is pretty busy. We had reservations for 6 and were seated within 5 min. Easy to use online ordering system brings food, beer, and service as needed. Always a great selection of beers. Standout food items were the steak frits, barramundi, chicken schnitzel sandwich. Will definitely return.
