The 120-­‐seat restaurant is Chef Jason Stoneburner’s homage to the varied cooking styles of the Mediterranean and the natural bounty of the Pacific Northwest with a focus on stone hearth cooking. The inviting restaurant is furnished with architectural objects and antiques from all over the globe, giving it a warm, timeless feel. Private dining is available in the restaurant with the Olympic Rooftop Pavilion providing stunning event space atop the hotel.

                                                      Our second time here. Food was delicious, and our server, Katherine was exceptional! A wonderful experience to start our evening.

                                                      Great food and great service! The charred broccoli is always amazing! So is the beet salad. We always get a pizza to share. It is a little loud inside, but we love the food!!

                                                      Stoneburner is a well established eatery in Ballard and definitely worth your time and expense. My recent visit was for their Sunday Brunch which I haven't experienced before. It's not your standard mimosas and egg Benedict brunch menu which I appreciated. Our group ordered/shared the bucatini, the rice grits with cheese and all the trimmings and the house made biscuit and sausage gravy. They were all solid choices and there were so many more options! Our server was very good to us and the price point was fine. Give them a try.

                                                      Loved the Buccatini and the Halibut Cheek main dishes! Also -- Gem Salad was huge and awesome as well. Tried my new favorite mixed drink, the Nighfall. So refreshing. We both felt like we were dining back in Italy. Food so fresh and our server was outstanding!
