Founded by Will Harlan, it began as a small, informal project shared among the family, the winemaking team, and a handful of close friends. Drawing fruit from recently replanted blocks within the vineyards, The Mascot reveals its distinguished pedigree while offering insight into the evolution of its parent properties: a youthful promise of their future. We were so excited to have dinner here, but sadly, our expectations weren’t met. We did enjoy the tuna tartare and squash salad, but the Korean tacos (app) and the black cod were drenched in the marinade that was too toooooo sweet and overpowering. The steak Diane’s sauce was slightly bitter and not tasty. The mashed potatoes were liquified/blended, you could basically just taste the butter. Overall, the place is beautiful & enjoyed the two apps (tuna tartare & squash salad)!
